Holly Cunningham, President of Hollyberry Catering
St. Louis native Holly Cunningham founded Hollyberry in 1998 to provide made-from-scratch baked goods for corporate gifts on a local and national basis. In 2001, Cunningham launched a catering division to provide box lunches and buffets for corporate clients, as well as contemporary menus for events. Under her leadership, the company has grown to become one of the largest catering companies in the St. Louis area, according to the St. Louis Business Journal, and is the preferred caterer at more than 30 top area venues.
On April 1, 2015, Cunningham opened Nourish by Hollyberry in Warson Woods, Mo. A unique catering-to-go market and café, Nourish aims to give busy families an easy, healthful solution for their everyday and special occasion food needs. Nourish features Hollyberry’s award-winning entrees, appetizers and desserts for customers to pick up and serve at home for weeknight dinners or entertaining occasions. In addition, the space is home to a charming 25-seat café that is the perfect spot to grab a delicious lunch, while checking off multiple items on a food-related, to-do list. The venue has received rave reviews from St. Louis Magazine, Riverfront Times and many other food critics in the St. Louis area.
Cunningham is also committed to the St. Louis community. During the 2010 and 2009 holiday seasons, she partnered with St. Patrick Center and its BEGIN New Venture Center to create the “Gifts that Give Back!” program. In 2008, Cunningham established a mentoring program with Big Brothers/Big Sisters. In 2012, Hollyberry partnered with SSM Cardinal Glennon Children’s Medical Center and Dierbergs Markets, Inc. to create “Home Run Bars,” an all-natural, made-from-scratch bar that was the official snack of the 2012 “Homers for Health” initiative.
Hollyberry has been voted “Favorite St. Louis Caterer” by the readers of Sauce Magazine an unprecedented seven times.
